Rafael Fantauzzi, Chair
In 1992, Rafael started working for American Airlines in Dallas/Ft. Worth. At American he also held various positions in the Sales and Human Resources Department. As a result for his involvement in American’s diversity initiatives, he was promoted to Manager of U.S. Hispanic National Organizations/Promotions in charge of building and integrating American’s U.S. based civic and community involvement business initiatives. Lillian Rodriguez-Lopez, Vice-Chair
Lillian Rodríguez López serves as President of the Hispanic Federation, a non-profit membership organization serving close to 100 Latino health and human service agencies in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Lillian first joined the Federation in 1996 as Vice President. Under her leadership, the Federation has dramatically increased its organizational capacity to serve an ever increasing network of member agencies and respond to the Latino community’s local and national needs. Hector E. Sanchez, Vice-Chair
Hector E. Sanchez is the Executive Director of LCLAA (Labor Council for Latin American Advancement), formerly LCLAA's Director of Policy and Research. He has worked in education and non-profit organizations, and has over 10 years of policy, research and community outreach experience. More »
Mark D. Magaña, Executive Director
MARK D. MAGAÑA is the founder and principal of Hispanic Strategy Group, a one stop government relations, public affairs and communications consulting firm focused on serving and building strategic relationships with Congress, the Administration, and national Hispanic leaders. Mr. Magaña has amassed well over fifteen years of high-level governmental, legislative and policy experience in the nation's capital. He currently represents, and has represented, some of the most prominent companies and Hispanic organizations in the country through the Hispanic Strategy Group and through the parent consulting firm, Magaña Associates. Andrea L. Delgado, NLCCC Fellow
In 2008, a fellowship program was established to support the research, policy, and educational outreach efforts of the National Latino Coalition on Climate Change (NLCCC). The NLCCC leadership selected Andrea Delgado as the first NLCCC Fellow. Since 2008 she has been an integral member of the coalition staff. More »
