Coalición Nacional Latina sobre el Cambio Climático (NLCCC)As climate change poses significant challenges and opportunities for low-income and minority communities, three Hispanic organizations have joined forces to launch the National Latino Coalition on Climate Change (NLCCC). The National Puerto Rican Coalition (NPRC), the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) and the Hispanic Federation are working collaboratively to ensure that Latinos have an integral voice in the national dialogue on climate change.

Rafael is a certified Corporate Citizenship Executive from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a certified Executive on Corporate Governance by the Harvard Business School. He is a recent graduate of the Executive Masters in Leadership program at Georgetown University.

Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Recognizes NLCCC at 2010 Latino Innovation Recognitions
WASHINGTON, DC- For the second year in a row, the work of the National Latino Coalition on Climate Change (NLCCC) was showcased at the 2010 Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Policy Conference. The 2010 CHCI Latino Innovation Recognitions hosted by Congressman Ben Ray Lujan and Congressman Cardoza highlighted the NLCCC for our initiatives to educate Latinos about climate change, energy independence, and a green, healthy environment.
